Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Seraphine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below for more information.


Returns

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • Return Conditions: The item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Return Request: Email our customer service at useseraphine@outlook.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package Preparation: After receiving the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility for Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 10 business days after receiving your return for your refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at useseraphine@outlook.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
