I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Once your item(s) are dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- USA: 4-12 business days
- UK: 4-12 business days
- Australia: 5-12 business days
- Canada: 5-12 business days
- Europe: 4-12 business days
- Rest of world: 6-12 business days
There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays.
While most packages arrive on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues. Therefore, we do not guarantee exact delivery times as this is the responsibility of the shipping company.
All international orders may incur customs and additional fees.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. If you need help tracking your order, please contact us at useseraphine@outlook.com.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please email useseraphine@outlook.com to check if your order has been shipped.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at useseraphine@outlook.com. We can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item with double boxes, extra padding, and foam. Despite this, around 1 in 1000 products may arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling.
If you receive a damaged package, please refuse the package and file a complaint with the courier directly. It will be returned to us, and we will re-ship a new one at no cost.
If you have already accepted the package, we won't be able to assist with a replacement. However, if this happens, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged package/product.
Once received at our office, we'll be happy to send out a replacement free of charge.
